Our consulting practice consists of two services; coaching and placements.

As a coach, we focus on enablement in the context of your project scope. In this role we steer the project, but delegate (enable) more and more responsibilities over time back to the team. To make agile stick, we often build workshops and training courses into this model. At the same time a coach gives the project the direction to achieve business value. We usually begin to disengage steadily after a few successful iterations.

Placing services focus purely on executing your project. For example, we can place a single team member (e.g. scrum master, project manager, product owner) or staff the entire delivery team. Placements are quick and produce an even quicker return of investment. Placements are very powerful for organizations who want to add additional projects to their portfolio without going through a lengthy hiring process. Placing can help balance peaks and also serve as a project risk mitigation strategy.
